The building of an Elementary School has begun in the village of Simbo!
Since 2016, two buildings and a total of three classrooms have been constructed and are currently operating as a tutoring center.
Five days a week students receive lessons at the center named “Waotao,” which means “Those Who Dream.”
The goal is to continue to build classrooms at the rate of one per year until the Elementary School is complete.
In 2017 Kindergarten, First and Second Grade classrooms were completed. A Third Grade classroom will be added this year. The goal of this project is to empower and raise up the next generation of this nation’s leaders; educating children who would have no opportunity for education.
